Time's Arrow is an independent, privately owned academic publisher. All submissions go through a process of independent blind review plus approval from our full editorial board. Our books are edited to the highest academic standards. As a small press, we are able to work closely with our authors and give individual and customized attention to the design, production, and promotion of every book.

Time's Arrow was founded in part as an effort to bring affordability and personality of design back to the scholarly hardback book. We also aim to bring a human touch to the sometimes austere world of academic publishing, based upon a foundation of respect for all of our authors, editors, and contributors.
